Description
OLife® MACCHERONI is a versatile, high-quality pasta. Handcrafted using excellent wheat, the dough is bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures. The pasta holds its shape perfectly when cooked, has a full flavour and absorbs any sauce well. OLivum® in the formulation improves the workability and nutritional characteristics of the dough.
methods of use
Cook in plenty of water, salted to taste, for 8-9 minutes.
Storage: Store away from heat sources and light and avoid humid environments.

Durum wheat semolina (contains gluten), OLIVUM® (23%) aqueous extract of olive leaves. May contain traces of soya and mustard.
