Satisfaction Guarantee/Refund Policy:
It is the responsibility of Evergreen Life Products to ensure that the products are fee from defects and conform to the product specifications and standards in force. The guarantee is valid for a period of 30 days after delivery (excluding materials, accessories and promotional products). ELP offers to its Independent Business Owners and Evergreen Customers the Money Back guarantee for 30 days from the delivery of the goods. Evidence of the damaged goods must be presented at time of refund claim. Evergreen Life Products reserves the right to object any return claim of products. Any commissions paid on volume for product that is returned will be adjusted on the following commission payment.

 

The Independent Business Owner has the right to obtain:

 

a) The replacement of the defective products
OR
b) The refund for the total cancellation of the order If the IBO has purchased products for inventory purposes or mandatory sales aids while the IBO agreement was in effect, all products in a resalable condition then in possession of the IBO, which have been purchased within 90 days of cancellation, shall be repurchased. The repurchase shall be at a price of not less than ninety percent (90%) of the original net cost to the participant returning such goods, taking into account any sales made by or through such participant prior to notification to the Company of the election to cancel. Buyback is 12 months in Massachusetts, Maryland, Montana, Georgia, Louisiana, Wyoming, Texas, Oklahoma, Idaho, Utah, Washington and Puerto Rico. In addition, the Company will honor statutory mandated buyback requirements of every jurisdiction. A Montana resident may cancel his or her Agreement within 15 days from the date of enrollment, and may return his or her starter kit for a full refund within such time period.

 

Complaints and Disputes:

 

Evergreen Life Products will only accept claims for products that are damaged or altered. In the event that the products are damaged or altered, you must immediately notify the company by sending an email to info@evergreenlife.us or calling toll free at 1-844-4-OLIVUM (465-4886)

 

First Time Order Returns

 

If you are dissatisfied with your first purchase from ELP, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

 

Customer or IBO Returns

 

Refunds for defective products or ELP error will include the cost of shipping; refunds for any reason other than product defect or ELP error will not include the cost of shipping. All refunds or exchanges will be at the price the Customer or IBO who paid for the product, inclusive of any discounts. We do not give refunds for discount codes; a product must have been purchased to be eligible for a refund.

 

Defective Products

 

Defective products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase or exchanged at any time. Refunds for defective products will include the cost of shipping. Products purchased but not delivered will not be eligible for a refund unless the failure to deliver is reported within 30 days of the original order date.

 

ELP Error

 

Should ELP mistakenly send you an incorrect product, you may return it for full refund within 30 days of purchase or exchange at any time. Refunds for ELP error will include the cost of shipping.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BY MAIL

 

 

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance for at least the value of the items being returned. ELP is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of your returns, unless product is defective. In situations where we are covering the cost of return shipping, we will send you a shipping label. If you choose to ship the product yourself, we cannot refund the cost of return shipping.

 

To return or exchange an order by mail:
Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
